Onboarding
Onboarding starts from £1,500 for small deployments. It covers planning, installation, documentation, migration and testing. Larger projects are quoted individually.

Pricing FAQs
Are the plans unlimited?+
No — each plan includes a defined number of users (10, 25 or 50). Additional users and services are charged separately, so you only pay for what you actually use.
What happens if we go over the user count?+
We move you to the next plan or add users at a per-user rate — whichever is cheaper for you. Businesses above 50 users get a custom quotation.
Why isn't project work priced on the site?+
Firewall projects, network installations, cloud migrations, consultancy and field engineering are scoped to your environment. We publish fixed prices only for our standard assessments and field engineering days, then quote everything else properly.
Do you require a long contract?+
No. All plans are 30-day rolling. We earn your business every month.
Is there an onboarding fee?+
Yes. Onboarding starts from £1,500 for small deployments and covers planning, installation, documentation, migration and testing. Larger projects are quoted individually.
Are hardware and licences included?+
Support and management are included. Third-party licences (Microsoft 365, backup, security) are billed at cost or via our add-on services.
