Backup & Disaster Recovery your business can actually rely on

Ransomware, hardware failure and simple human error all end the same way — with someone asking “can we get it back?” We make sure the answer is yes, in minutes, with backups that are immutable, monitored and regularly tested.

Why it matters

Most businesses only test their backups once — during a disaster

A backup that has never been restored is a hope, not a plan. We replace the guesswork with a documented, rehearsed recovery capability: you know exactly what is protected, how far back you can go, and how long it takes to be trading again.

What we see going wrong
  • Ransomware encrypting live data and any backups it can reach
  • A deleted mailbox or SharePoint site discovered weeks later
  • Hardware failure with no tested route back to production
  • A recovery plan that lives in one person's head
  • Backups that report success but have never been restored
  • Compliance or insurer requirements you can't evidence

What we protect

Every system your business depends on

Microsoft 365

Exchange mailboxes, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams — the data Microsoft does not back up for you.

Servers & virtual machines

Physical, Hyper-V and VMware workloads with full image-level backup and bare-metal restore.

Laptops & desktops

Staff devices protected wherever they work, with self-service file recovery.

Cloud workloads

Azure and hosted applications backed up to an independent, separate location.

Databases & line-of-business apps

Application-aware backups of SQL, accounting and practice management systems.

Multi-site estates

Hotels, retail groups and offices managed centrally under one recovery plan.

How your data is defended

Protection built for the ransomware era

Immutable, encrypted copies

Backups are written once and cannot be altered or deleted — including by an attacker who reaches your admin accounts.

Anti-ransomware protection

Backup agents are hardened and monitored so encryption attempts are detected and blocked before they spread.

Verified restores

Every backup is automatically test-restored and checked, so you never discover a bad backup during an incident.

Defined RTO & RPO

We agree how much data you can afford to lose and how quickly you must be back — then we build to those numbers.

Rehearsed failover

Critical systems can run from the cloud while your primary site is repaired, and we rehearse it on a schedule.

Managed and monitored

Our UK team watches every job, fixes failures the same day and reports on your protection status monthly.

Our process

From unknown risk to rehearsed recovery

01

Assess

We map your data, systems and dependencies, then agree the recovery targets each one needs.

02

Design

A layered plan: local speed, immutable cloud copies, retention aligned to your compliance obligations.

03

Deploy

We roll out agents, configure policies and take the first verified full backup of every workload.

04

Protect & rehearse

Continuous monitoring, automatic restore testing and scheduled DR rehearsals with a written runbook.

FAQs

What businesses ask us most

Doesn't Microsoft already back up my 365 data?

No. Microsoft keeps your service running, but under its shared responsibility model your data is your responsibility. Deleted items age out, and a compromised account can wipe content permanently. An independent backup is the only reliable way to get it back.

How quickly can you get us running again?

It depends on the workload. Individual files and mailbox items are typically restored in minutes; full servers are usually back within the hour using cloud failover. We agree these targets with you up front and prove them in testing.

Where is our data stored?

In UK data centres, encrypted in transit and at rest, with keys held so that neither an attacker nor an unauthorised administrator can quietly remove your recovery points.

Do you test the plan, or just take backups?

Both. Automated restore verification runs against your backups continuously, and we carry out scheduled disaster recovery rehearsals with a documented runbook and a report you can show your board or insurer.
