Our 3-2-1 backup standard: three copies, two media, one immutable off-site.

In depth

How the service works

One platform for every workload

Physical servers, Hyper-V and VMware virtual machines, Windows and macOS endpoints, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, Entra ID, SQL, Exchange and Active Directory, plus NAS and file shares — all protected under one console, one policy model and one invoice, instead of four half-configured backup products.

Immutable storage and clean recovery

Cloud copies are written with immutability and retention locks, so ransomware operators who reach your network — including with your admin credentials — cannot delete or encrypt the recovery point. Backups are also scanned for malware, so a restore does not put the infection straight back.

Recovery measured in minutes

Instant restore boots a workload directly from the backup while the full restore runs in the background. Granular recovery pulls back a single file, mailbox item or database without rebuilding the whole machine, and bare-metal recovery restores to dissimilar hardware when the original server is gone.

Proven, reported and reviewed

Backups are verified automatically with boot checks, success and failure is monitored daily by our team rather than by an email nobody reads, and you receive a monthly protection report showing coverage, success rate and any workload that is unprotected.

FAQs

Common questions

Where is our data stored?

In UK and EU data centres, encrypted in transit and at rest with AES-256 and keys you can control.

Can ransomware delete our backups?

No. Cloud copies are immutable for the retention period, so they cannot be altered or deleted even with compromised credentials.

How quickly can a server be recovered?

Instant restore can have a critical VM running from backup within minutes; full restores depend on data size and link speed.

Do you monitor whether backups succeed?

Yes — daily monitoring by our team, with failures raised as tickets and a monthly report to you.
