Your tenant is measured against best-practice security baselines covering MFA and conditional access coverage, legacy authentication, admin role hygiene, mailbox auditing, external sharing, Defender configuration and licence entitlement. The output is a scored gap list, ranked by risk and effort.
Configuration decays. Continuous monitoring compares the live tenant against the agreed baseline and alerts when something deviates — a policy excluded, an admin added, legacy auth re-enabled — so you find out on the day it changes.
Low-risk deviations can be remediated automatically back to baseline; anything with user impact is raised as a change for your approval. Either way the tenant returns to a known-good state instead of drifting for a year.
